RecruitModo may collect account information, contact details submitted through demo requests, authentication and session data, organization membership details, product usage records, audit events, and support communications.

When universities or recruiting teams use the product, they may add or generate recruiting records such as research briefs, opportunity cards, review decisions, notes, campaign drafts, and relationship intelligence records. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide that information to RecruitModo.

Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate tenant and role controls, maintain audit trails, respond to requests, improve the product, and support human-reviewed enrollment intelligence workflows.

RecruitModo is designed around the principle that AI finds, humans approve, and automation executes only after human authorization. AI-generated recommendations should not be treated as final admissions, eligibility, financial aid, or outreach decisions.

RecruitModo uses essential cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in, session security, routing, and site operation. RecruitModo also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and improve the public site and product experience.

The current public site does not require advertising cookies to function. Users can limit analytics collection through browser settings, privacy tools, or Google-provided controls where available.

RecruitModo may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, workflow automation, logging, support, and product operations. These providers should only process information for RecruitModo's product and operational purposes.

RecruitModo does not sell personal information as a business model. If that changes, the policy and product controls should be updated before any such activity begins.

RecruitModo uses tenant-aware access controls, role permissions, server-side authorization checks, HTTPS, and audit trails to reduce unauthorized access risk.

Information should be retained only as long as needed for product operation, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, and customer instructions. Production retention schedules should be confirmed in customer agreements.

Users and organizations may request access, correction, deletion, export, or account assistance by contacting RecruitModo. Some requests may need to be handled through the university or organization that controls the data.

RecruitModo may need to retain certain records for security, audit, legal, or operational reasons even after an access or deletion request.
