Terms of Use

RecruitModo is an enrollment intelligence product and prototype that helps teams structure research, identify opportunities, review recommendations, and manage relationship-driven recruiting workflows.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the current public product should be treated as a prototype or demo environment and not as a production system of record for regulated student, applicant, financial aid, or admissions decisions.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using RecruitModo only through authorized organization memberships, roles, and permissions.

Organization administrators are responsible for deciding which users may access their tenant, what permissions they receive, and whether single sign-on, invitations, or integrations are appropriate for their institution.

RecruitModo's operating model is AI finds, humans approve, automation executes. AI recommendations, scores, drafts, and research outputs are decision-support materials only.

Users are responsible for reviewing evidence, compliance notes, source rules, consent, outreach rules, and institutional policies before approving communities, leads, partnerships, content, campaigns, or automation.

Users may not use RecruitModo to scrape, contact, profile, or target people in ways that violate law, platform rules, institutional policy, consent requirements, or reasonable privacy expectations.

Users may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, bypass security controls, or use RecruitModo to make final admissions, aid, scholarship, credit, or eligibility decisions without the institution's own required review process.

Customers and users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of data they provide, import, approve, or use inside RecruitModo.

RecruitModo may generate recommendations from customer instructions, approved briefs, product records, and connected tools. Those outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be verified before use.

RecruitModo may connect with hosting, authentication, workflow, AI, advertising, messaging, analytics, or CRM providers. Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limits, and security requirements.

Users should not connect production systems, spend advertising budget, publish content, or launch outreach through third-party services unless the appropriate institutional owner has approved the action.

RecruitModo is provided as-is unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Product features, demo content, AI behavior, integrations, and availability may change as the prototype develops.

These terms may be updated as RecruitModo moves from prototype to production. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the updated terms.
